Hi all,
I am running in to an interesting problem... I just upgraded the ram in my laptop, and it caused jaws to unregister its self. I tried reregistering it, and it appeared to have worked, for a minute... Then, right after the finish button of the register dialog, it tells me that this version is not authorized for windows XP, 2000, or NT4.0... and it runs in forty minute mode.
Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling, going in to the registry and deleting all of the freedom scientific entries before reinstalling, but it's still doing it...
Thanks,
Chris

The same thing happened to me when I upgraded ram. Did you reset the number of activation keys? Go to fsactivate.com, and enter your serial number.

Hi,
It acts like it's successfully received the registration, but then it says that this product is not authorized for windows XP 2000, or windows NT4.0...
Any help would grately be appreciated...
Chris
